Proscuitto, Ricotta & Fig Crusty Rolls
Looking for something special to treat a loved one with? Try this Prosciutto, Ricotta & Fig combination, served in a Ready to Bake Crusty Roll, to show someone some love no matter what the occasion.
Serves: 4
Takes: 20 minutes
Ingredients
4 tbsp ricotta cheese
Pinch black pepper
Few purple chicory leaves
2 fresh figs, thinly sliced
6 slices approx. prosciutto crudo or parma ham
Fresh thyme
Method
Preheat the oven and bake the Crusty Rolls according to the pack instructions
When the Crusty Rolls are ready, leave to cool for a few minutes then slice them in half and spread the bases with ricotta
Add a little black pepper then a chicory leaf to each. Tuck in a few slices of fig and drape over the prosciutto. Sprinkle over the thyme leaves and add the lids
